Sellers submit property proposals to Novyy. Detailed technical and price due diligence is carried out.

Novyy commits upto 70% of the Purchase Price via its Lending Partners and issues Investment Term Sheet to the Seller.

Once Lending is approved, the investment opportunity is put up on Novyy FI-To-Let for Users to commit from £10K onwards.

Upon the investment being fully subscribed by Novyy Users, Novyy proceeds to legal and financial closing.

Property is transferred to a UK Limited Company.

Investors start earning rental income. Novyy’s contracted partners manage rentals and property maintenance.

CO-BUY - BUY INTO PREMIUM HOMES ACROSS EUROPE I MIN £100K

Novyy identifies premium second homes across the UK and Europe for its shared ownership platform.

Once the due diligence is cleared, premium homes are available for Novyy Users with minimum buy-ins of 10% or £100K as the case maybe.

Upon receiving at least 30% capital commitment from Novyy Users, Novyy uses its credit line via its lending partners to finance the rest of the home price.
