Novyy identified top-tier, leading Real Estate Private Equity Funds with high quality institutional investors and strong Balance Sheets.

Target Funds submit Offering Documents, Financials, Business Plans, Historic Data and other relevant information.

Novyy carries out a detailed due-diligence and can often negotiate a unique deal for its users.

Investment Term Sheet is issued by Novyy Feeder Fund and the investment opportunity is put up on Novyy Private Equity for Users to commit from £50K onwards.

Users request allocation and complete investment documents. Capital calls are issued per the Target Fund descriptions.

Investments received by Novyy Feeder Fund is directed to Target Funds immediately and investments are put to work.

Novyy continues to service Users, issue periodic statements and dividends where applicable.
CO-BUY - BUY INTO PREMIUM HOMES ACROSS EUROPE I MIN £100K

Novyy identifies premium second homes across the UK and Europe for its shared ownership platform.

Once the due diligence is cleared, premium homes are available for Novyy Users with minimum buy-ins of 10% or £100K as the case maybe.

Upon receiving at least 30% capital commitment from Novyy Users, Novyy uses its credit line via its lending partners to finance the rest of the home price.

Novyy proceeds to legal and financial closing. Property is transferred to a UK / EU Limited Company.

Novyy Users / Co-Buyers start enjoying their share of premium homes in proportion of their buy-ins.
